Slap 104 Ski mixes freestyle play with all-mountain float for creative riders everywhere

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"The Slap 104 is such a fun balance—it’s stable enough to charge but feels playful and easy to flick around. The twin tip and light core make it super versatile, whether I’m spinning off side hits or slashing powder turns in the trees."

Who It’s For

Freestyle and Creative All-Mountain Skiers:

The Slap 104 is made for skiers who want to mix freeride lines with freestyle moves. Perfect for advanced intermediates to experts who ride switch, butter, and spin, but also want a ski that holds strong on chop and floats in soft snow.

What It’s For

Freeride Play Meets Resort Versatility:

At 104mm underfoot with a rocker-camber-rocker profile, this ski thrives in powder, soft chop, and variable snow. The twin-tip shape and tight turn radius make it maneuverable in trees and fun for tricks, while camber underfoot ensures pop and edge control on firmer snow.

Why We Like It

Playful, Poppy, and Powder-Ready:

We like how the Slap 104 encourages creativity without sacrificing confidence. The dual paulownia and poplar wood core keeps it light and durable, while fiberglass laminates add snap and stability. With a forgiving rocker profile and durable ABS sidewalls, this ski handles everything from freestyle features to freeride lines with style.

Fun all around skis

I've used it several times

Skied a half dozen days on these so far in Colorado in all conditions. Very intuitive and easy ski to read. This is a fun one-quiver ski for someone who likes to ski in a quick, light, and nimble style (fast and tight turns). Playful, forgiving, center oriented, easy to slarve. Very agile in the bumps and trees, carves well, and performs adequately well in powder as a soft ski with a relatively high amount of rocker. Relatively short turning radius (19m @ 182cm). This ski is not for someone who likes to ski relatively fast, making big, wider-arcing turns. High amount of rocker and soft tips means the ski chatters noticeably though I still find it to be a good carver due to lateral stability under foot. In mixed conditions, the ski wants you to float over crud rather than slash your way through it. It lacks the muscle and stiffness for the latter. If you are looking for a ski primarily for piste skiing / groomers this is also not the right ski. It's a playful ski for more playful terrain and skiing styles. So, this isn't a ski for everyone but so far suits me really well and I'm loving them. If you're more of a painter than a blacksmith, you may like these too.
