Triumph 23 Running Shoe elevates daily runs with plush, high-rebound cushioning

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"I’ve been running in the Triumph 23 for daily training, and it’s become my go-to for recovery days and long miles. The PWRRUN PB midsole feels incredibly cushioned yet still snappy enough to keep things fun. It's got a smooth, stable ride that feels like a treat every time."

We lace up the Saucony Triumph 23 Running Shoe when we want our everyday miles to feel just a bit more joyful. Built around PWRRUN PB, Saucony’s premium foam, this daily trainer turns cushioned comfort into something that actually energizes us to go farther. With every stride, the plush midsole delivers rebound and smooth transitions, helping us rack up the miles in total comfort.

This generation of the Triumph also brings a refined fit and wider midfoot platform for balanced support throughout the gait cycle. The updated silhouette looks just as good during post-run errands as it does on the road, making it a cushy companion for more than just miles. Lightweight, responsive, and crafted with recycled materials—it’s our everyday go-to with an extra bounce.

Awesome shoe

I personally love these. It is like walking on a cloud. It took me a few minutes to get used to the rocker bottom feeling but a lot of good sneakers are made like that these days and I actually like it now. These are lightweight and bouncy. For reference, my foot issues are: narrow heel, low volume foot, wide toe box, long toes, mild bunions. These hold my foot snuggly and beautifully and very comfortably. No heel slippage- yay!

Great shoe

I love the Triumph 23 for walking, gym activities and Zumba class. Just the right amount of cushioning and support. They last me a while too (and I am hard on shoes)

Weren’t for me

These shoes gave me shin splints and possibly contributed to a bone stress injury

Poor quality soles

Very comfortable shoe, good cushioning - no complaints there. However, the quality of the sole is terrible - it started coming off in chunks after only on a few wears (on pavement). For an expensive shoe, I was very disappointed.

Maybe next year

Wanted to love this shoe, but I had to return due to forefoot pain. The high drop and lack of forefoot cushion just doesn’t work for me. Sizing is off. This shoe is long. I usually wear an 8.5 and had over a thumb width space in the front. To get a good lockdown, I had to cinch the laces super tight. Sizing down to an 8 helped but in the end I had to return. Because of pain. The run is also flat after about an hour. If the support didn’t bother me so much I would use the Hurricane. The Hurricanes cushion and drop felt amazing compared to this shoe. Maybe next year.
