Salomon Abstract Snowboard fuels freestyle creativity with true twin balance and lively response

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"I’ve been riding the Abstract in the park and on side hits, and it feels like a creative tool. The Rock Out Camber gives me both stability on landings and easy pressability on rails. The Ghost Carbon Beams add snap without making it stiff, and the Royal Rubber Rails really smooth out chatter. It’s a board I trust when I want to get playful but still ride with confidence."

Who It’s For

Freestyle Riders from Intermediates to Advanced:

This board is for riders who prioritize creativity and balance in their riding. If you’re hitting jumps, pressing boxes, or taking your freestyle style across the whole mountain, the Abstract offers a blend of stability and play that rewards both progression and expression.

What It’s For

Park Progression and All-Mountain Freestyle Riding:

The Abstract thrives in freestyle terrain, with a true twin shape and medium flex that make it equally capable in the park, pipe, or on natural side hits. The hybrid camber profile holds edge control while offering playful pop, so you can carve groomers between laps or ride switch without compromise.

Why We Like It

Balance, Pop, and Durability for Freestyle Riders:

We like the Abstract because it delivers that perfect mix of press-friendly play and landing stability. The Aspen SLCT core keeps it light but powerful, while Carbon Ghost Beams enhance response for jumps and spins. With Royal Rubber Rails for impact dampening and a sintered base for lasting speed, it’s a reliable freestyle board built for creative riding.
