Pacsafe ECO 12L Anti Theft Sling Backpac
I ordered a Pacsafe Eco 12L Sling Backpack on Saturday with two-day delivery because I have an imminent overseas trip and needed the bag in time. When it didn’t arrive, I called customer service and was told Backcountry lost my package. Instead of taking responsibility and sending a replacement overnight, they actually asked me to pay more to fix their mistake. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was hung up on. No apology, no urgency, no accountability — even though they knew I was traveling soon. This was one of the worst customer-service experiences I’ve ever had. Losing a package happens, but refusing to make it right — and showing zero care for a time-sensitive order — is inexcusable. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and I strongly recommend others do the same.
