Here's what customers have to say
The trail shoe offers excellent comfort, cushioning, and traction on various terrains, providing great support and stability for activities like running and hiking. Many users find the shoe to be lightweight and reactive, with a comfortable fit for long-distance use. The durable construction and vibrant color options are also noted as appealing features. However, some customers have experienced issues with the shoe feeling too narrow or unstable on uneven terrain, and a few reviewers noted changes in the latest version that they did not prefer.

Would not recommend
Very disappointed in the changes from the Fresh Foam More X that was merged into the Hierro X. Last too narrow under medial post causing pronation. I would not recommend.

Tough for Work
As a childcare educator it's essential my feet are comfortable all day. v9 has the right amount of cushioning, sole grip and tough toes which means I can keep up with kids running through sandpits, sloshing through mud and skipping on concrete. This is my 2nd pair and is an improvement on my previous v7.

Runs a little smaller compared to 1080s.
Run small in the toe box... usual size is a 9.5 and my toe touches end with no sock on.... plan to reorder in a 10 and see how that goes? Maybe also a smidge narrower in the toe box compared to 1080's.... maybe cuz the toe area is like leather/reinfirced more than the 1080.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this shoe, it goces stability and comfort like no other trail shoe. It has enough bounce to push you forward and the lightness to give you freedom every step of the way, just as running in any trail does to my heart
