Weird Shoulders - too big

This just came yesterday and I did not realize that the shoulders over dropped. So the top yoke goes about 3 inches over my shoulder before the sleeve starts and make me look like I am much larger than reality. Almost football pad looking. Also seem oversized for my normal purchase sizes. I will be sending it back. Don't think even a smaller size will fix the shoulder design.
