Go gourmet.
While everyone else in camp is gnawing on rock-hard nut-and-seed bars and snacking on cans of pickled herring, whip up something fresh and delicious with your Jetboil Genesis Stove. New to the Jetboil lineup, the Genesis isn't an all-or-nothing stove designed to flash-boil water, but a user-friendly cooker that makes whipping up an actual meal quick, easy, and efficient. Jetboil integrated an advanced simmer control, so you can bring the heat down and cook your food without scorching it, and added easy-to-clean drip trays so it won't be a big deal if you have a boil over when you're cooking up a side of rice to go with your trout. If two burners aren't quite enough to cook everything you want, a third satellite burner (sold separately) can be attached via the JetLink port. The Genesis wouldn't be a Jetboil if it wasn't compact, so Jetboil hooked it up with a collapsible design that nests inside the available five-liter pot for easy carrying and packing.

Here's what customers have to say
Here is the refined product review summary: The camping stove has a powerful flame and heat output, and its compact, portable design is appreciated. It is versatile, allowing users to simmer, boil water quickly, and cook a variety of meals. However, many customers have reported issues with the stove's regulator, which has failed after limited use, restricting fuel flow and rendering the stove unusable. The windscreen is also criticized as being ineffective. Despite these drawbacks, some customers still recommend the stove for its overall performance and value when functioning properly.

Genisis base camp
Burns hot, boils fast. seems pretty economical on propane. packs up nicely. only issue i have is that the pot came dented. so the lid doesn't fit tight. otherwise it's a 5 star product

Space saving design and wonderfully fine adjustments
I cook full meals at camp and my other stoves were really difficult to adjust the flame. This has been amazing at easily adjusting to a really low flame without blowing out. I love the clamshell design that takes up a lot less space than other stoves while being fully functional when opened. I can cook on both burners at once and I even use a single burner cast iron griddle on one burner while using other cookware on the other. The included bag is spacious and also fits my plates, so they are stored together. The only negative is the included wind blocker - it isn't the easiest to attach and its plastic so it has melted where the griddle touched it. I don't usually need it, so it's not much of an issue.

Jetboil Genesis 2 burner stove
I really wanted to like this stove. Its compact size and design would have worked well for what I was looking for but it did not work. Literally, the stove did not work. On two separate stoves that Backcountry so graciously and kindly replaced the regulator blocked fuel from reaching stove. I gave up after second attempt not trusting that if and when I received a regulator that worked, it would eventually fail. For the price of this stove I expected more.

Regulator sucks
Thought this stove was worth the hype, but unfortunately the regulator doesn’t work correctly and cant work both burners at the same time. For the price i don’t recommend it. Camp chef will be the replacement!

Engineers pov
Owned for A year and 5 months. The dial to close or open flame broke off. It's connected to a tooth pick size metal pole. One burner is fully open now which makes the entire unit useless.

Brand new, no spark.
Spent a lot of money on this product as everyone else has and I’d expect the best. Straight out of the box on one side is sparking, obviously I can bring a light with me but incredibly frustrating considering.

Exceptional camp stove
Having the Genesis has really improved our camp meals. The versatility of having a skillet and pot that stores in a small footprint is great. The pot and pan both clean up very easily.

Get it!
Efficient and compact, this is the little stove that could. The only thing I would change is the price, even then, its still worth it and the return will outweigh any concerns I have about the upfront cost. This little fuel sipper is amazing with almost an infinite adjustability.

Best on the Market
Excellent flame and even heat output. Only flaw is the windshield is pretty much worthless because it is so flimsy
