Not soft at all

The description says "Fleece fabric is unbelievably soft and warm" but from what I see it is not soft at all, it is quite coarse and unpleasant, and the static is unbelievable. Nice cut and fit but the fabric is a no for me. You can tell this is a cheaply made shirt.

I bought this fleece for my son in law and he loved it. Have purchased Howler Bros. Before and they do not disappoint. Updated look and warm and cozy for the Pacific Northwest fall and winter!!
