My favorite pants

Three months of wearing these pants daily have ruined me and now I don’t want to wear any of my other clothes. I just wash them as quickly as possible and put them back on as quickly as possible.

Great work pant

I have 2 pair of these that I have had for over 3 years and they are still going strong as a work pant. I am a property insurance adjuster so I spend time on roofs, crawling around under houses and in attics, in burnt down houses etc. Love the vent zips on these when it get warm. The only problem I have had with them is the front left pocket where I have my cell phone has developed several holes in them that I had to patch. Sizing is a little off as I normally wear a 34 waist but I need a 36 waist to get the legs to fit.

Great work pants

6ft 170 lbs size 32 waist normally size 48 fits good Great pants for work since the durability of them, like them for cuttting trees and clearing brush since the g1000 fabric is so thick not much stuff can get thru or damage it, walk thru thorns no problem. Only con is they’re hot at 75degrees plus, just make sure you wear longer underwear if you plan on opening the side vents

Same as previous purchase. Waist Tighter.

Watch your sizing. These are fantastic pants but they run tight compared previous versions.

I pretty much only wear the vida pro trousers anymore, both ventilated and unventilated. They are awesome both on the trail, around town, and what I wear everyday working in the park service doing trail work and construction. They are extremely durable, comfortable, and have a flattering cut to them, even if you have a more husky frame.

My favorite pants

Great pants! They are lightweight and comfortable. The sizing is a little tricky because they come in European sizes. Remember to check the size chart if you’ve never bought these before. They also can come in long and short lengths. The only downside is the high price, but I feel that it’s still worth the money.

Fantastic pants but the new sizing is WAY off!

Not sure who is in charge of the new sizing but they are doing a very bad job of it. Pants are fantastic.. I have 4 pairs. I'm size 32US.. but prefer to wear 34US .. just received new pair in size 34US and they more like 30US or smaller, I can't even close them around my waist.

Good but you’ll have to get them altered

I have a pair of these with a 36” waist- but they’re snug/tight. A size up is saggy in the butt. If you measure the inside waist at the waistband they are only 33” and not the 36” they are supposed to be. You can get Fjällräven to alter them though- so plan on doing that. They can add as little as 1” per side (so they can add 2” increments as a minimum alteration).

Sizing needs to be changed/ back to 2023!!

I have a few pairs of these pants as well as the keb trousers that I purchased a couple years ago. Before they did all the “new improvments”. The old pair I bought a size 40/34US. They actually fit a bit big but that’s normal as I usually am a 38” waist. So they are the correct size for a 40. Next time I thought hey, I’ll buy the 38’s. I bought these “new fit” vidda pros, I gotta say, as kindly as I can, the engineering team on building these pants absolutely butchered the size. I now have returned 2 different sizes just get back to where I was purchasing my first pair a couple years ago. I now have to purchase a size 42/34. I am not a size 42 in anything else in my life. Never have worn a 42. But I guess here we are. Also, they completely butchered the length. Idk what they did to change these pants from previous to now but. Please for the love of god. Go back to your non improved fits. They were way better and true to size. I’m 6’8. I am a large dude. The leg length on the older style is astronomically better. It covers my ankle when sitting down, the new pants barely cover my ankle just standing up! I’ve seen many other comments similar to mine in other pant reviews and I hope fjallraven sees these and changes this. Because if this is the way it’s going to be now, I maybe have made my last purchase unfortunately
