ORV Trunk 30in Rolling Gear Bag
When you get that itch to ride your snowboard in the middle of summer, pack your gear into the Eagle Creek ORV Trunk 30 Rolling Gear Bag and catch the first flight to the southern hemisphere. The spacious main compartment offers plenty of room for all your layers and features smaller organizer pockets to help you access gear quickly. An expandable wet/dry compartment at the bottom of the bag lets you keep your boots separate from your clothes after a day of riding pow in July.

Not easy to use as compared to earlier trunks
We purchased one ORV 2-Wheel 30" Trunk and one 36” Trunk to replace two Eagle Creek trunks we had for over 15 years and had excellent experience with. We were expecting the same quality and experience. After 9 months of use and various trips, we are disappointed because of the following: (1) the zippers are difficult to use because of the flap, they don’t operate smoothly. (2) the trunk bulges open, causing it to open wider, so when you pack your stuff and then try to zip it close it will be hard to bring those sides closer together and your stuff may not fit. For comparison, the older version had a shape that did not bulge at all. The extra side pockets inside the trunk don’t help in this regard. The picture on the website shows the bulging quite well. (3) The trunk has a large compartment that has no divider. The older version had a divider that allowed a “his & her” compartment, which also allowed for careful packing of fragile cargo. The new trunk, when you stand it upright allows all cargo to slide to the bottom. If you have fragile items it just slides with it. The cargo net that is supposed to holds items firmly in place does not fully prevent this from happening. The result is what you packed becomes a jungle of items. Yes I heard about the packing cubes, we have a couple, they also would just move around within the trunk. The 36” Trunk is not fit for air travel, because you will surpass the 50lbs (23kgs) weight limit. This means each time you should expect to pay overweight fees. This is not an issue for those that are willing to pay the extra fees. This 36” trunk, when stood upright, seems to slump a bit when empty.

Built Well
Holding up great after a few business trips. Love all the pockets and sturdy construction. I travel a lot for work and it seems like the perfect bag for my samples.

2nd Eagle Creek-
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Eagle Creek wheeled suitcase. I used this to be able to check on the airlines. My first is larger. The first was purchased in 2011 and has served my 150+ nights of travel for the last 13+ years. It shows very little wear. Zippers work flawlessly. Wheels like new. I knew what I was getting when I ordered the second. I expect, without hesitation, these will last me the rest of my travels. I highly recommend!! 5 stars all the way around.

10 years and 45 countries.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this bag for around 10 years. It finally decided to start giving out. I travel for work about 6-8 months a year. Throwing my bag in busses, trucks, and planes. This bag will not treat you wrong! Holds a nice amount of clothes or equipment, but still being manageable. The wheels make going up stairs or off the beaten path easy! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Great bag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got back from my first trip with the ORV 30" Trunk. Perfect size for a week. I have the off-white bag; I was in a very dusty area and the bag did not look dirty.

Awesome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect. The smaller size meets international airline travel requirements, and it’s tough enough to handle cobblestones or anything crazy!
