Missing the older style
I wish I could say that I love my new Chacos but alas, they just make me sad that you discontinued the backless z-strap. Love the Z-strap, hate the back-strap.

Amazing!
Shoes are amazing. Very comfortable and my feet don’t get tired when I wear them. You can feel the quality. I will say there is a few spots that rub, but it’s not too bad. Great shoes overall.

Webbing change?
I love that the soles of the sandals I just bought haven’t changed, but am disappointed that the webbing has changed. It is a lot lighter than any of many previous 4 pairs, not as rugged. Do you still sell some with the heavier webbing? The fit was perfect.

Very Bi-Polar Feelings on Chacos
These are amazing. However I bought a different pair of Chaco on Poshmark and they are unwearable and unreturnable. DO NOT buy the Yampa ZX2...the ones that have lots of thin straps. Your toe may not fit through the opening and if it does it will be facing the wrong way. The Cloud 2s are winners!

Worth it!
Comfortable sandal, just as pictured and great quality so far. I have low arches and over pronation, and these shoes help keep me in line and comfortable.

Poor Traction- not for outdoor use
These shoes have zero traction. I slipped and fell on a wet rock, badly injuring my head and neck. These are not like the old chacos that were made for adventures. Only buy these if you plan to stay indoors! Shame on you Chacos for diminishing the quality of your shoes. I have been buying them for 20+ years for raft guiding, hiking, etc. I will never purchase from you again. I am now facing astronomical medical bills and serious pain and suffering. Stop trying to cut costs and start using vibram soles on all of your sandals again!

Love these!
I bought these a little larger, as recommended, to fit my arch. They still do fit, and I've gone walking, hiking, you name it. My only thing is the long strap, I wrap around the ankle strap, and I don't want to cut it. I love the look of these, perfect for being comfy in the summer. The light footbed is really nice and has stayed pretty clean.

I love these sandals! They have such a cute strap design and so freaking comfy! My previous chacos were from 10+ years ago so kinda clunky and plain straps. These are a huge upgrade. One bummer is the adjustment strap drags on the ground.
