Ankles too wide
Looks really nice out of the box but the foot/ankle opening is way too big in my opinion. If you have skinny ankles, these might not be the boots for you.

Half sizes DON’T size down!
These look super cute but the listing said “half size? Size down.” So I did. And they’re really tight!! If I take out the super thick high arch insole they fit okay but then there’s no support at all. I wish I had ordered my usual shoe size but I think the insole still would have been really uncomfortable. I’m not sure if I’ll keep these - I may try to salvage them by just breaking them in a little and buying a separate thin insole. TLDR: Get your regular size!

Cute shoe but had to return
The shoe was really cute and nice material just it had installed inserts that makes a big arch in it and the preformed arch in the shoe did not feel good on my foot’s arch

I’ve bought two pairs, would consider a third pair
I’ve bought two pairs of these boots. I love my first set (morel suede, purchased a few years ago) and had been patiently waiting for a good sale to get a black pair. Chaco footbed, true to size, and they hold up incredibly well!
