Cochise 106 Ski charges hard with titanal power, carbon stability, and freeride float

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"The Cochise 106 is my confidence ski on steep terrain. It’s stiff and powerful but still feels predictable, so I can really drive my edges on firm faces or send bigger lines without hesitation. The 106mm waist floats surprisingly well in powder, and the raised tail makes it easier to release in variable snow. It’s built to handle serious skiing."

Who It’s For

Aggressive Advanced to Expert Skiers:

The Cochise 106 is built for hard-charging freeriders who ski fast, steep, and technical terrain. Best for skiers who want a powerful and damp ski that excels at stability, grip, and big-mountain performance, it’s not for the faint of heart but rewards confident riders.

What It’s For

Big-Mountain Lines and All-Mountain Power:

With a 106mm waist and rocker-camber-rocker profile, the Cochise 106 thrives on steep descents, aggressive carves, and powder lines. The titanal and carbon laminates keep it stable in chop and crud, while the stiff flex and precise edge hold make it reliable on exposed terrain.

Why We Like It

Stiff, Stable, and Uncompromising:

We like the Cochise 106 because it brings race-ski precision to big-mountain freeride performance. The wood core with titanal and carbon reinforcement keeps it lively but incredibly damp, while the raised tail releases smoothly in mixed snow. It’s a ski that demands commitment but delivers stability and confidence in return.

I brought this Blizzard Cochise skis to replaced my previous pairs. The ones I had finally delaminated after 9 yrs of hard charging skiing. Of all skis I tried, this skis is one of my top 5 choices.
