Painful after a couple of miles

These felt super comfortable when I first put them on and I loved the stone color, but would not buy again. After walking for a couple of miles, my feet started to really hurt in front of my arch where it was pushing on the arch support as I walked. It got so uncomfortable that I went barefoot a couple of times for a break.

sizing is a little hard, because im between an womens 8.5 and 9, but the sizes are 8-8.5 and 9-9.5. so i started with a 40, found out they were too big, and exchanged them for a 39. they fit perfectly, so comfy. a little bit of a high arch for me personally but nothing thats uncomfortable. got them in color Stone Birkibuc, theyre like a dark green-grey. would recommend
