Disappointingly Rough Rather Than Soft

From looking at the images of this sweatshirt, I thought it would be soft and fuzzy, and I was really looking forward to getting it. It's not soft at all! It's actually got a pretty rough texture to it and is not appealing to wear as a result. It also has a little bit of an odd smell to it; althought that might go away with washing. I'll definitely be returning it. Disappointed.
