Conquest Trekking Pole folds small, grips strong, and supports every step
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"I love how compact this pole gets when folded—it fits easily into my pack but feels rock solid on the trail. The EVA foam grip is super comfortable, even on long climbs, and the adjustable strap keeps it secure without rubbing. It’s become my go-to for everything from day hikes to backpacking trips."
On long climbs and uneven trails, the Conquest Trekking Pole gives us the balance and stability we need without adding bulk to our pack. Made from lightweight yet strong 7075 aluminum, it’s built for rugged use while staying comfortable mile after mile.
The three-section foldable design assembles quickly and packs down to just 16.5 inches, small enough to stash in a daypack or travel bag. With a tungsten carbide tip for traction, removable rubber cap, and standard basket included, it’s versatile enough for year-round trekking. A long EVA foam grip with an auto-adjusting strap adds comfort and reduces fatigue, making this pole a reliable partner from rocky scrambles to multi-day treks.

Compact for traveling
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I purchased two of these trekking poles for a trip to Zion NP to walk The Narrows trail through a stream (from ankle deep to waist deep water with mostly rocky bottom for 6 miles). Traveling by plane, the light weight and compact folded size was what drew me to these poles. They easily fit in my suitcase and backpack. They work with a shockcord system (like a tent pole) and break down to three parts. There is a velcro wrap to hold it together when folded. It is also length adjustable when assembled via a flip lock and slide system. They were a good price on sale. Beware that this is not for a pair, but for a single pole. The rubber feet did not fall off or get lost, as I have read about other brands in reviews, but the rough terrain did take it's toll and they actually wore through at the tips. The grip was comfortable and poles were sturdy. The wrist straps were handy; whenever I wanted to stop for photos, the poles stayed with me. Though I have never used trekking poles before, I was happy to have them for this hike and they served me well. I am hoping that I can get replacement rubber feet somewhere...we'll see. I would definitely recommend.
